Zoo Keeper
Your morning begins at 6:30 AM preparing enrichment devices — scattering live crickets in a mesh feeder, hiding meat inside a frozen ice block for a clouded leopard, and weaving a hay ball for the pygmy hippo's enclosure at a state zoological park. After feeding rounds, you conduct a health monitoring observation on a pair of rescued Indian star tortoises, clean and disinfect the reptile house, and brief a school group of 40 students on wildlife conservation during an educational tour.
